Lead, Sanctions Screening & Financial Crime Ops

Qonto in Paris is seeking a Team Lead, Sanctions Screening to guide 6 analysts, manage backlog and ensure timely, high-quality processing of sanctions alerts within a fast-growing fintech.

You will lead daily workflows, run weekly 1:1s, produce reports for stakeholders and regulators, and drive improvements including AI-driven treatment-optimization. Fluent French and English required; 5+ years AML/compliance with leadership experience.
