Lead RPG Economy Designer - Free-to-Play Mastery (Hybrid)

Homa is seeking a Lead Economy Designer (Hybrid RPG) to own the monetization destiny of our RPG portfolio. You will design scalable economy systems and decide how players earn and spend across live titles, driving revenue and engagement.

You’ll collaborate with studios and publishing teams, balance pricing strategies, and build data models end-to-end from raw insights to live balancing. Remote-friendly, with a Paris HQ, you’ll join a fast-moving team that values ambition and curiosity.
