Lead QA/QC Project Manager

An outstanding job opportunity for an experienced Lead QA/QC Project Manager looking to take full ownership of quality across a major, mission‑critical project in France.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor for a Lead QA/QC Project Manager with a strong background in complex or regulated construction environments. This is a senior job for a hands‑on quality leader who can operate as the single point of contact for all QA/QC activity from mobilisation through to system handover.

The Role

• Lead end‑to‑end QA/QC across all project disciplines
• Act as single point of contact for quality at project level
• Define and implement project quality strategies, ITPs, and handover readiness
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP (if applicable), and safety standards
• Drive NCR, CAPA, and continuous improvement processes
• Support system turnover and commissioning

What You'll Bring

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
• 10+ years QA/QC experience on complex or regulated projects
• Proven experience in a Lead or Senior QA/QC role
• Strong knowledge of construction quality, inspections, testing, and handover
• French C1+ and English B2 minimum = this is a requirement, not a preference
• EU passport or valid French work permit (essential = no exceptions)
• High mobility and willingness to travel
