Lead QA Engineer

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or Test Automation in a gaming studio
• Proven experience defining QA strategies and driving quality at scale, ideally within the video game industry
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Strong technical background with a hands-on mindset
• Experience working across multiple teams and products
• Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking improvement
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions with a focus on usability
• Knowledge of one modern programming language is a plus
