Lead QA Analyst - Build QA Strategy & Team Excellence

Bey is seeking a Lead QA to manage team activities and processes within our Quality department in Montpellier. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of QA tools and methods for effective collaboration with development teams.

The successful candidate will lead a team of about 10 to 12 members and will be responsible for delivering quality reports, designing QA processes, and fostering a positive team culture.
