Lead Project Manager, Oracle ERP Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementation and optimization projects for Oracle Cloud modules related to project management.
• Scope, design, configure and deploy the Project Management, Project Costing, and Project Billing modules.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Project and IT teams to define requirements and solutions.
• Manage project-related financial flows: cost tracking, capitalization, and billing.
• Oversee integrations with third‑party systems (ERP, planning tools, CRM).
• Produce and validate financial reports and KPIs using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Mentor and train junior consultants and end users.
• Contribute to continuous improvement strategy and the Oracle Cloud roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets).
• Strong understanding of project management processes: planning, cost control, capitalization.
• Good knowledge of inter-module flows (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations (IFRS, SOX).
• Oracle ERP Cloud certification.
• Experience with API integrations, data migration and interfacing with third‑party systems.
• Proficiency with advanced reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Fluent in English, comfortable with both verbal and written communication.
