Opportunity
As Lead Product Ops, your mission is to support the Product team on strategic & operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing two divisions of the Product Ops department (4 people currently, with more in the future – Project Managers & Analysts) to achieve the best results supporting PayFit’s Product organization scale, growing from 180 to 350 people in the next 18 months.
- Coaching and developing the team to grow and feel fulfilled at work.
- Helping Product teams iterate on the product development process to strengthen alignment on strategic challenges worldwide.
- Improving the operational infrastructure for Design, Product, Engineering, and Product Builder teams to increase their efficiency, impact, and fulfillment.
- Fueling Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Product Designers, & Product Builders with data and strategic insights to help them make the best product decisions.
- Organising product rituals within the global organisation to foster communication and alignment, enhancing overall impact.
- Ensuring we remain at the top of best-in-class product organization in terms of efficiency and fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role in a challenging environment (e.g., strategy consulting) with an operational dimension.
- Experience managing people or driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
- Passion for tech and strong appetite for our product vision and organisation.
- Highly appreciated experience in change management, product environment, or operations missions.
- High curiosity, innovative spirit, and eagerness for new challenges.
- Desire to be part of an amazing fast‑growing and intense adventure.
