We are looking for aLead UI/UX Designer who will take on the visual development of the product - from developing graphic concepts and UI/UX solutions to managing a team of designers and building processes within the department.

This is not just a "senior designer" position. It is a role of a manager and strategist who will shape the design strategy, develop the design team, and work directly with the product owner.

Responsibilities:

Creation of graphic and visual content:

• Develop graphic materials of varying complexity, define the style and composition of projects;
• Create a convenient and aesthetically pleasing UI, navigation, visual design for applications (including mobile), as well as pages in the App Store and Google Play;
• Independently or jointly with the team develop elements of graphic storytelling: simple animation, font compositions, etc.

Marketing materials:

Quality control and prototyping:

• Control the quality of UI/UX design solutions within the team;
• Perform prototyping, refine prototypes based on received comments and suggestions.

Preparation and adaptation of materials:

• Prepare a set of graphic materials for software engineers for subsequent layout;
• Adapt created materials for various distribution platforms and formats;
• Localize created materials.

Participation in hiring personnel:

• Participate in candidate interviews as needed.
• Maintain qualifications at a level sufficient for effective work; master modern graphic design and videography methods through studying literature, attending, and participating in training events.
• Manage the design department focusing on the level of design work, speed and quality of solutions, as well as team development.
• Continuously improve cross-team interaction related to the design department;
• Adapt and improve the department's workflow (pipeline) in accordance with business goals;
• Form and adapt the design vision in accordance with business goals.
