  • Act as the studio representative and lead the entire production team with clarity, motivation, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Drive the preparation of project proposals, production plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Facilitate alignment and conflict resolution between cross‑functional departments (art, design, engineering, animation, QA, etc.).
  • Serve as a key leader and contributor to the development team, proactively identifying and resolving issues across studios and in collaboration with clients.
  • Build trust and gain buy‑in from internal teams (development, business development) as well as client stakeholders.
  • Oversee production to ensure deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality, timing, and scope.
  • Define and maintain realistic milestones, roadmaps, and production schedules in collaboration with team leads and management.

  • Ensure that every Producer on your team maintains an accurate schedule and demonstrates full ownership of the quality and timeliness of their work.
