The Lead Planner will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing and managing project schedules using industry-standard tools.
2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking project progress, identifying schedule deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
3. Resource & Cost Control: Assessing resource requirements and ensuring cost efficiency.
4. Risk Analysis & Mitigation: Identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and performing risk analysis.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on timelines and objectives.
6. Portfolio Management & Analysis: Supporting the company in managing its project portfolio, providing insights and analytics to optimize resource allocation and decision-making.
7. Tool Development: Developing and supporting IT tools based on Primavera EPPM, SAP, Qlik, and Tilos.
