Lead Photonic IC Design & Simulation Engineer, Hybrid

Lightspring is seeking a Photonic IC Design & Simulation Engineer to lead the development of 3D optical coupling structures. You will own design and simulation across photonic platforms, turning individual components into functional systems and shaping early decisions as one of the first hires outside the founding team.

You will work with in-house optics and microfabrication lab facilities and have access to BSPCE shares. English fluency is required; French is optional.
