Lead Optimization AI Scientist

Pigment is hiring an Optimisation AI Scientist to own the technical delivery of our solver pilot programme and build a production-grade optimisation capability. You will move clients from descriptive planning to prescriptive, solver-driven decisions, with a mix of customer-facing work.

You will formulate robust mathematical models for supply chains, configure and run models for pilots, and collaborate with engineers to scale to production.
