What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered computer vision features, ensuring practical application in real‑world settings.
• Mentor a talented team, optimizing new and existing features through agile development processes.
• Oversee and manage data teams, ensuring high‑quality data for model training and validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, leveraging advanced AI technology.
• Implement and refine MLOps workflows to enhance model training and deployment.
• Stay abreast of AI and computer vision advancements, keeping our solutions at the forefront of innovation and practical application.
• Foster a culture of innovation, bridging AI research and software engineering to deliver impactful solutions.

What We Need To See

• BS or MS degree plus 4 years of commercial experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or related field.
• Machine learning fundamentals (linear algebra, probability theory, optimization, supervised/unsupervised/self‑supervised ML, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with designing deep learning models.
• Programming skills (Python algorithms & data structures, debugging, performance analysis, and design skills).
• Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ability to work independently and handle your own work effort.
• Good communication and documentation habits.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Experience with ML model optimization techniques such as neural architecture search, pruning, distillation, quantization, conditional computation, etc.
• Experience with synthetic data generation, such as NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Experience with any of the following: Triton, Docker, Kubernetes, CUDA/OpenCL, MLOps.
• Experience with delivering products.
