Lead Level Designer — Open-World AAA

Ubisoft Montpellier is seeking a senior Level Design Lead for Beyond Good & Evil 2. You will guide open-world space design, lead a team of 6–7 designers, and ensure design coherence from concept to implementation on a high-profile project.

You will drive gameplay clarity, world consistency, and player-centric experiences, collaborating with project leads, gameplay, art, and tech teams. A background in AAA open-world titles is essential.
