Lead Level Designer – AAA World & Innovation

Ubisoft Annecy is seeking a Lead Level Designer to oversee the World team’s gameplay spaces, aligning design goals with artistic and technical directions. You will guide level designers, ensure consistency across environments, and promote a high-quality, immersive player experience.

You will collaborate daily with leadership across art, technical design, and production to translate creative vision into production-ready environments, driving prototypes and iterative improvements throughout
