Lead IT Procurement & Team Coach (Remote)

Najar is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a team of 5–10 IT Procurement Partners. You will coach, onboard, and develop team members while staying deeply involved in client deals.

You will drive strategic initiatives, define best practices, and ensure consistent delivery across IT, SaaS, and hardware procurement. Reporting to the VP Procurement, you will shape optimization playbooks, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Leadership to guide platform evolution.
