Lead Generation Specialist
Cap Global Partners is hiring our founding Paris team.
We’re an international capital advisory and business development firm — legal HQ in New York, brand-new operating office near the Opéra in Paris. We connect US business owners with fast working capital, and we’re building the team that runs the engine behind it from day one.
The Role
This is a data and lead generation role. You won’t be cold calling — you’ll be building the lists, datasets, and targeting criteria that our sales team calls every day. Your work directly determines how many conversations our sales team has, and how good those conversations are.
What you’ll actually do:
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists of US business owners using data sourcing, scraping, and list‑building tools.
- Define and refine targeting criteria — revenue bands, time in business, industry, geography — to maximize lead quality.
- Skip‑trace and enrich records (phone numbers, emails, decision‑maker names).
- Continuously test and improve data sources, segment performance, and list quality based on what converts.
- Hand off clean, ready‑to‑call lists to the sales team daily.
You receive 20 % of the commission Cap Global Partners receives on every deal that funds from a lead sourced from your lists.
Example: a $200,000 funding deal at 12 points generates $24,000 in commission for Cap Global Partners. You take home $4,800 — for a lead that came from your data.
The better your data, the more deals close, the more you earn. No cap.
Who We’re Looking For
- American, or have lived extensively in the US and deeply understand the US small‑business landscape — you need to know what a good target list looks like for this market.
- Experience with lead generation, data sourcing, list building, or growth/marketing data work is strongly preferred – tools such as Apollo, Clay, PropStream, BatchLeads, ZoomInfo, Hunter, or similar.
- Comfortable working independently with data — spreadsheets, filters, segmentation, basic enrichment workflows.
- Hungry to see your work translate directly into team revenue — your lists are the fuel for everything else.
- Based in Paris (or relocating before September 1).
