Lead Game Designer - Mobile Casual & Hybrid Games

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Game Design Lead for mobile casual titles. You will own the design vision, define core gameplay loops, and steer the player experience across casual and hybrid casual games.

You will lead a design team, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with Product, Art, Engineering, Analytics, and UA teams to balance creativity with business goals, using data-driven decisions to optimize monetization and retention.
