Lead Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of product design and development activities.
• Analyze requirements and estimate effort based on technical constraints.
• Lead design workshops with the client and the architect.
• Draft technical specifications and collaborate with the functional lead.
• Ensure development and supervise and coordinate the team's deliverables.
• Be accountable for the quality of the code produced by the team.

Requirements

• More than 7 years' experience in Backend Java and Angular development (including at least 3 years in a Tech Lead role).
• Experience within a software craftsmanship team.
• Strong commitment to code quality.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
