Lead Full-Stack Engineer — Nest.js/Node.js, Kafka

Join a dynamic team of 5–7 experts as the Lead Full Stack Developer (Nest.js/Node.js/Kafka) at the heart of our retail brands' content strategy. You will contribute to the evolution of Digital Asset Management (DAM) applications and cutting-edge AI-driven asset generation solutions. These tools power the customer journey by managing high-value visual and documentary assets (videos, tutorials, and product imagery).

As a Lead Developer, you will partner with the Lead Engineer to guide the technical team and ensure excellence in delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Assist in leading the developer team and fostering a culture of engineering best practices.
• Technical Design: Participate actively in architectural discussions and technical scoping.
• Hands-on Development: Drive the development of scalable APIs and microservices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and BDD methodologies.

Requirements:

• Frameworks: Nest.js / Node.js
• Messaging & Integration: API Design / Kafka
• Legacy/Integration: Java EE knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
