Lead Front Dev

Purpose:

As part of a newly created cross‑functional delivery team, you will design, build, and operate secure, scalable, and fully automated cloud platforms supporting prototypes and MVPs. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver user‑centric, fast, and visually compelling experiences.

• Building responsive, modern web applications using React/Next.js.
• Integrating frontend interfaces with backend services and secure authentication flows.
• Implementing reusable UI components and design systems.
• Ensuring performance, accessibility, and seamless UX.
• Participating in product ideation workshops and rapid prototyping cycles.

Key Competencies:

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of state management and API integration.
• Knowledge of authentication frameworks (OpenID Connect, OAuth2).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Azure cloud experience is a strong plus.

Programming:

• Ability to produce high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and component‑driven development.

Profile & Other Information:

You are passionate about modern frontend development, UX/UI excellence, and delivering clean digital experiences. You enjoy working in rapid, autonomous, multidisciplinary teams.

Experience / Background:

You hold a Bac +5 or equivalent and have strong experience developing advanced web applications.
