Senior FP&A role is central to our financial operations, focusing on monthly reporting, internal audit implementation, cloud cost tracking, investor communication, ESG tracking, and project support.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual budget process end-to-end, coordinating with all departments.
- Lead the monthly forecasting process.
- Build and maintain robust financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
- Monitor actual performance vs budget and forecast, identify variances, and recommend actions.
- Produce high-quality analysis on revenue, headcount, operating expenses, productivity, and profitability.
- Prepare management reporting materials with clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Define, track and refine core financial and business KPIs in collaboration with the COO team.
- Manage investor regulatory reporting.
- Support CFO on profitability objectives and strengthen budget tracking and cost control processes.
- Coordinate R&D tax credit and potential subsidies requests.
- Assist in ESG reporting, financing projects, and M&A due diligence and integration.
- Identify opportunities to use automation, data tools, and AI to enhance finance workflows and reporting.
- Act as a trusted business partner to leadership, challenging assumptions and influencing decisions.
- Help raise the level of financial rigor, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Business School.
- At least 7 years of FP&A experience; experience in a VC or PE fund is a plus.
- Experience leveraging AI in FP&A and implementing AI agents.
- Highly skilled in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English; able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Organized, thorough, quick thinker with strong analytical and planning skills.
- Empathetic, discreet, trustworthy, handling confidential information reliably.
- High sense of ownership, autonomous, flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities.
Important: You must have current legal authorization to work in France and be able to work from our Paris office.
