Lead Embedded Systems Engineer, Edge AI for Maritime Autonomy

Pelagon, backed by Hexa, is building a foundational multimodal acoustic model and an autonomous maritime protection network for Europe. You will own the edge‑AI compute platform, electronics design, and embedded software for sea-worthy autonomous systems deployed on UUVs, buoys, and seabed nodes.

You will work with a founding-team mindset to push hardware that survives harsh marine environments, delivering on hardware reliability, power efficiency, and real‑time sensing at the edge.
