Bob! Desk is building a SaaS platform for maintenance management, with the ambition to become a leading player in France and across Europe.

Driven by strong product momentum and early international deployments, the company is entering a new phase of structuring and acceleration. Our goal is clear: support commercial growth, strengthen the platform’s robustness, and scale our development internationally.

In this context, we are hiring a highly experienced Lead Developer / Tech Lead Full-Stack to take on a Head of IT / IT Pole Lead role, working directly with the company’s leadership team.

This is both a strategic and hands‑on position. You will help structure the engineering function, grow the team, raise the bar on quality, stability and security, and create a durable framework for Bob! Desk’s next stage of growth.

Your role

You will be:

• a highly hands‑on technical lead on our Node.js / React stack,
• a guarantor of platform stability, quality and maintainability,
• a driver of AI adoption in software development,
• and a technical manager able to grow and support the team.

Your responsibilities

• Implement clear and sustainable engineering best practices
• Strengthen testing, release reliability and non‑regression processes
• Improve the platform’s stability, software quality and maintainability
• Raise the level of security and application robustness
• Structure code reviews, standards and team ways of working
• Manage and support the development team
• Deploy an intensive but controlled use of AI to increase development speed without compromising quality
• Help the team evolve toward a supervisory role over AI agents: framing, reviewing, validating and controlling outputs

Profile we are looking for

• Around 10 years of experience in web development
• Fluent to native in English, another language is great, french optional
• A Player – we will ask a very strong expertise in Node.js and React
• Very high standards in quality, stability, maintainability and security
• Ability to integrate AI into development workflows with rigor, judgment and high standards
• Ability to bring structure, prioritize, simplify and raise the overall level of the team
