Job Description

You are in contact with the \"Product Owner\" and the team of developers. You will upport and accelerate the development of their digital solutions (implementation of new functionalities, mobile application, etc.), and to take charge of the development for these solutions.

Core responsibilities

You Are Responsible For The Following Tasks

• Coordination of developments in support of the Product Owner
• Identification of internal and external resources needed to carry out projects
• Code monitoring and optimization of the work carried out
• Technical point of contact on the functionalities of our tools
• Deployment of our tools with our partners
• Development of digitalized tactical solutions to improve the internal organization of the company
• Recruitment and management of a medium-term team

Wanted Profiles

• Education: You have a Master Degree in IT or an Engineering degree
• Experience: 5+ years as a developer
• You are used to work with Ruby/RoR and a frontend framework (VueJS, ReactJS, etc)
• You can maintain Jira by yourself and apply the scrum methodology to a team
• You consider writing good tests is a requirement
• You want to build an architecture that allows daily deployments
• You are curious, proactive and have an entrepreneurial mind
• You are a team player
