Lead Designer — Content Workflow Tool (Marketer‑Facing)

L’Oréal’s Design team in Beauty Tech seeks a Lead Designer to own the Content Workflow Tool (CWT) end-to-end. You will lead design across consumer, professional, and marketer experiences, partnering with product, engineering and data to shape a scalable design system and a coherent suite.

You’ll turn business goals into design strategy, translate complex problems into elegant user experiences, mentor designers, and influence senior stakeholders in a hybrid work environment in France.
