Lead Design Researcher: Strategic Insights for Products

Hager Group is seeking a Lead Design Researcher to drive complex research programmes across product, service and system experiences. You will lead fieldwork, synthesize insights and translate findings into strategic opportunities, collaborating with design, product and engineering teams in an international setting.

The role requires a Master's in a relevant field, 12+ years of design research experience, and exceptional synthesis and communication skills, with English at C1 and German preferred.
