You will work in a very passionate data team within the Information System & Technology department. We develop a data-driven culture and handle all the dimensions of the data area within the Group: strategy, governance, modern data architecture mixing open source and cloud data solutions, BI, and data science.

Reporting to the Head of Data Insights, the Lead Data Visualisation operates as a servant leader and representative of the Data Visualisation chapter for the Group. Your main objectives are:

• Manage the Group Data Visualisation experts, ensuring progress and performance against defined objectives, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Lead the definition and diffusion of best practices regarding data visualization to ensure the delivery of the data visualisation product on time and budget, focusing on efficiency, reusability, and maintainability. Not only for the Group Creator but also for other Creator throughout the Group.
• Define and maintain a forward-looking vision for Data visualisation and its framework that can be leveraged in and outside the chapter.
• Monitor deployment and ensure adoption of data products by our end users
• Lead foundational initiatives related to data visualisation enabling business value****MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY****
• Team Leadership & Empowerment: Manage the data visualisation developers, empowering them to shape the future of our framework. Act as a servant leader who coaches, mentors, and animates the team to enhance their business impact.
• Strategy & Modernization: Lead transformative initiatives related to data viz: finalize migration to Qlik Cloud, migration from Business Objects (BO) to modern BI solutions like Qlik, defining decommission priorities with the business. Plan ahead to prevent last-minute failures.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: ensure that dependencies and overlaps in products are well managed and coordinated across squads, tribes and different Creators within the Group.
• Compliance : Ensure that the data usage, dimension and KPIs definition within the data viz products are compliant, harmonized and consistent with our Governance.
• Service Levels & Delivery : Ensure that service SLAs are met and ease the predictability of the squads. Manage global risks associated with visualisation products (business & technical). Ensure teams can focus on their business and technical roadmap execution while applying best practices.
• Community: Contribute to communication and community animation by developing relevant content, valorizing our expertise inside and outside the company. Actively support the identification of high-value data use cases and systematic measurement of data product value.****INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS :****
• Internal: All Business Services, P&T departments: OPS, QA, support, UX, Tribes, Product Lines, Data Insights, Data

• External: Partners, Providers, External consultants, Clients.**Qualifications****Previous experience:**
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the data field (a management experience is welcome).
• Proven experience in Thinking (UX approaches), Designing (DAR) and Maintaining data visualisation products at scale
• Experience in business analysis and business stakeholders management
• Experience working in an agile environment and promoting data-driven change.**Education level / certificates:**Engineering degree, Master's degree level or higher preferably in Data, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.****Languages:****
• Written and verbal proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Other languages practice is appreciated (French, Spanish etc.).********Technical skills:****
• Excellent experience in BI solutions and transformation, particularly with platforms like Qlik, Tableau, Power
