Lead Data

Responsibilities

• Grow your team: one-on-ones, goal setting, and skills development.
• Recruit and structure the team to reach the target of one data lead per business unit.
• Project management & business-facing role: turn business needs into actionable data projects.
• Help optimize paid acquisition, lead scoring, and management of commercial performance.
• Hands‑on involvement in critical projects: dbt/BigQuery modeling, ML lead scoring, Airflow orchestration.
• Documentation, cataloging and traceability: make data discoverable for everyone, with data quality monitoring.

Requirements

• Around 5–6 years of experience building data stacks in production.
• Strong technical understanding: able to challenge and scope dbt/BigQuery, Python/Airflow, ML and LLMs.
• Communication and simplification skills: able to make data understandable for non-technical audiences.
• Strong awareness of security and compliance (GDPR, personal data); comfortable liaising with a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
