Accountabilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end creative production for performance marketing campaigns across key digital channels, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality static and video assets
  • Define and evolve creative strategy in collaboration with user acquisition, design, and AI teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize creatives through testing and iteration
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Producers, fostering a culture of innovation and performance
  • Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to enhance ideation, production speed, and asset variation
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, acting as the main point of contact for creative needs and aligning stakeholders on priorities
  • Oversee external partnerships with freelancers and vendors, including onboarding, negotiation, and performance management
  • Drive quarterly creative planning, testing roadmaps, and process improvements to scale production efficiency and impact

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, particularly across platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Google
  • Strong understanding of key user acquisition metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative influences campaign performance
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through creative testing, optimization, and scaling strategies
  • Experience leading and managing creative teams in high‑output, performance‑driven environments
  • Proficiency with AI‑powered tools for content creation, automation, and optimization
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Ability to balance creative storytelling with a data‑driven mindset
  • Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams in cross‑functional settings
