Continuity of operational support to the OzonAction International Partnership Programme with: (i) all jointly developed products with ASHRAE maintained, promoted, updated, and used; (ii) the 2024–2025 Work Plan formally closed through a final report and the 2026–2027 Biennial Work Plan drafted and approved by the JLWG; (iii) partner relationships sustained across UNEP, ASHRAE, government agencies, industry, and academia; and (iv) coherence ensured between the Partnership portfolio and related OzonAction pilot and standalone initiatives, including the other OzonAction projects and initiatives. All work products are the property of UNEP. The consultant will respect confidentiality on all matters concerning the partnership, the Joint Liaison Working Group (JLWG), the Multilateral Fund Executive Committee, and Montreal Protocol technical bodies (RTOC, TEAP) where confidentiality applies. Personal data captured through user-feedback systems will be handled in line with UNEP data-protection guidance. UNEP reserves the right to return deliverables for revision; one round of revision will be completed within five working days unless a longer period is agreed and will not draw additional days from the level-of-effort envelope. The consultant will disclose any actual or perceived conflict of interest in writing to the OzonAction Programme Officer.
