Licorne Society is a rapidly growing digital acquisition agency dedicated to finding Lead Paid Media (SEA/SMA) for client agencies. French fluency and professional English are required.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Paid Media experts to manage high‑end global clients, providing expert consulting and overseeing sophisticated paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic consulting – act as a trusted advisor, translate client objectives into multi‑channel paid media strategies, design roadmaps, collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams, staying ahead of market trends.
• High‑end client relationship management – manage portfolio of enterprise and high‑growth clients with strong US and EU footprints, maintain long‑term relationships with senior‑level stakeholders, communicate complex strategies and performance insights, conduct regular checks and business reviews.
• Campaign management & optimization – oversee end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, native), implement sophisticated targeting, bidding, segmentation, use advanced analytics to identify trends.
• Team leadership & mentorship – lead, manage, mentor a team of paid consultants, provide coaching, feedback and performance reviews, foster best practices, contribute to internal tools and training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional paid media agency experience, with at least 3 years working with scale‑up and enterprise‑level clients.
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets on complex, multi‑market accounts.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other major paid media platforms; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, organization, and multitasking in fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum C1 level English and experience in an international environment; US experience considered an advantage.
• French language skills at least intermediate level.
