Lead Clean Utilities Work Package for Pharma Expansion

Blackfield Associates is seeking a Clean Utilities Work Package Owner (WPO) to lead the clean utilities scope for a major facility expansion in the pharmaceutical sector. You will define the package, set tasks, milestones and budget, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

You will support construction and commissioning, assist the Senior Project Manager with technical decisions, and ensure turnkey execution while monitoring progress and controlling risk.
