Lead Assessor

Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Assessor for Nuclear (ISO 19443). The role involves verifying management systems in nuclear standard, acting as an expert and assessing the implementation of management systems at clients across the country, both onsite and remotely. Your goal is to contribute to the improvement of overall systems, and to broaden and deepen collaborations with our relations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Auditor, you will:

• Verify management systems in nuclear standard (ISO 19443) alone or within a team
• Act as an expert in examining and assessing the implementation of management systems at clients nationwide
• Contribute to the improvement of overall systems and collaborate broadly with our stakeholders
• Help develop our services based on your expertise
• Engage with diverse people and tackle technical or managerial challenges

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, mathematics, physics, civil works, quality management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the nuclear industry, primarily in mechanical, pressure equipment, control and command systems, electrical products, or inspection/construction/civil works
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality management systems in industry
• IRCA or ICA qualification
• Experience with nuclear third‑party assessments (including second‑party assessment)
• Familiarity with monitoring and review of local law and nuclear regulations
• Good verbal and written knowledge of French and English (level C)
• Analytical insight and proactive attitude
• Ability to manage international customers with a mix of audits and team leadership
• Strong communicative and social skills
• High reactivity and the ability to adapt daily attitudes

Context

Location: Paris (northern France) or Lyon area.

Travel: Frequent travel throughout France (approximately 180 chargeable days per year).

License: Class B driver’s license required.
