Lead Art Director - AI-Driven Game-Based Training

Pixaera is seeking an Associate Art Director to lead the art function behind our game-based safety training. You will guide a small team of 3D artists and an external contractor bench, owning the visual bar and ensuring modules ship on time.

You’ll set direction, support production, and contribute meaningful artwork, while evolving the art pipeline with AI acceleration and traditional Unreal workflows. Collaboration with design and SMEs is essential.
