Lead 3D Character Artist

THE COMPANY AT THE HEART OF TACTICAL RPG

As part of its expansion, TACTICAL ADVENTURES is looking to add a Lead 3D Character Artist to its ranks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish production guidelines for characters and creatures for internal and external teams.
• Model (High and Low Poly) and texture characters and creatures based on concept art, complying with design and technical constraints.
• Work closely with Lead Animator to ensure models are integrated into animations.
• Perform quality control on externally produced models, validating production stages.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role in video game development.
• Familiarity with Zbrush, Painter and a basic knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong knowledge of medieval and fantasy worlds.
• Fluent in English or a good foundation in the language.
• Experience with Character Creator (version 4 or later). Management experience is a plus.
• Rigorous, organized, autonomous, a self‑starter, a good communicator and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Familiarity with role‑playing games, especially Dungeons & Dragons, and a good sense of humour.
