We are looking for a highly impactful LCV Performance & Excellence Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and professionalization across the EIO LCV ecosystem.

Acting as a key partner, you will lead performance improvement initiatives, strengthen importer capabilities, and accelerate BEV adoption across multiple international markets.

This is a strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of performance management, network transformation, and community leadership .

Responsibilities

Drive Performance & Growth

  • Assess importer LCV setups (organization, network, capabilities, KPIs) and identify growth opportunities
  • Define and execute performance improvement plans (PDCA) across markets
  • Monitor market share, profitability, and BEV mix development
  • Lead monthly performance reviews and co-chair LCV cascading meetings with importers
  • Support key tenders and improve conversion rates through structured feedback loops
  • Identify performance gaps and deploy rapid corrective actions

Build LCV Excellence Across Markets

  • Evaluate market potential and optimize multi-brand LCV coverage strategies
  • Drive BEV mix acceleration and electrification readiness
  • Leverage benchmarking to deploy best practices across importers
  • Ensure strong alignment and collaboration with ProOne and central teams
  • Contribute to the definition and rollout of LCV Excellence standards

Develop Capabilities & Community

  • Coordinate and monitor LCV training plans across importer networks
  • Contribute to the creation of an EIO LCV Academy
  • Build and animate a strong LCV community , fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Organize engagement initiatives (challenges, events, recognition programs)
  • Develop market intelligence and track competitors’ best practices

Profile

  • 10+ years in LCV sales, operations, or network performance , ideally in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of the European LCV market (players, channels, dynamics)
  • Experience managing dealer networks, B2B sales, fleets, and key accounts
  • Exposure to LCV converters ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English and French
