Overview
- Responsible for the strategic planning, marketing and execution of the product throughout its lifecycle.
- Execute product vision and strategy: gather user requirements, create a product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage product launches, and analyze product performance.
- Communicate product value propositions to improve customer understanding and commercial impact.
- Guide sales teams across relevant verticals to support product growth and volume targets.
- Deliver product training for LCL, FCL, CRM (Insurance) and related solutions.
- Increase pipeline volume and quality for assigned products across the area.
- Analyze lost opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance competitiveness.
- Support onboarding of new customers and act as the first escalation point when needed.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain products (LCL, FCL, Insurance).
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in sales, business development or product management in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
- Data-driven analytical skills.
- Visionary and strategic thinker.
- Native French speaker and fluent English required.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Understanding of P&L.
