About the Role

As part of the Trust & Ethics Direction, you will play a vital role in ensuring the legal and compliance framework of our commercial and industrial activities worldwide, working closely with local lawyers at headquarters and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to commercial and industrial operational teams.
• Negotiate, draft, and review diverse agreements such as distribution contracts, industrial supply agreements, CAPEX contracts, raw material purchases, and subcontractor agreements internationally.
• Ensure the proper execution of contracts and the alignment of client/supplier relationships, reviewing terms & conditions, formalising negotiations, and monitoring disputes.
• Work autonomously or in collaboration with business teams, ensuring the legal security and operational feasibility of transactions.
• Support the negotiation and contractual structuring of strategic partnerships, particularly in innovation‑related matters.
• Contribute to the dissemination of legal culture within the Group through trainings and guides.
• Actively participate in the digital transformation of the legal function (contract management systems, automated contract tools).

Your Profile

Education & Experience

• Advanced degree in International Business Law and/or International Contract Law (Master’s/LLM or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of legal experience within the legal department of an international corporation or a law firm, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Expertise in competition law is a strong asset.

Languages

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
