Qualified Lawyers with a strong academic and professional background, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently and responsibly. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team in Paris. The ideal candidate will support international and domestic clients, working on a wide range of legal matters in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on (corporate/commercial/litigation – general practice) matters
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects

• Qualified French avocat with a CAPA or equivalent license
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Client-focused, proactive, and team-oriented
