Professional background

Review legal documents and research the authorities needed to assess their meaning. Produce clear annotations and summaries, identify issues or compliance questions and support conclusions with precise document, page and text citations.

You must currently be in the first, second or third year of an ABA-accredited law program, with a strong academic record showing legal analysis and reasoning. Produce organized written work, follow detailed review rules and manage asynchronous tasks independently. Contracts, property, energy, administrative or compliance coursework is preferred, as are clinics, internships, moot court or law review. Familiarity with research systems such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law or Harvey is useful.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$105 $160/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
