Exotrail is looking for a Launch & Mission Manager for its In‑Orbit Services product line. Within the IOS Mission & Operations team, you will carry a strategic dual responsibility: acting as the face of Exotrail to our customers and serving as the launcher interface for a seamless integration of Spacevan onto the launch vehicles. You are the pivot point that transforms commercial intent into operational success.
Your Main Missions
- Customer Mission Management: You will lead the execution of spacehost and spacedrop services contracts as the single focal point for customer support through every milestone, overseeing contractual, programmatic, and technical aspects to ensure requirements are met while safeguarding Spacevan’s integrity.
- Launch Integration Management: You will be the designated interface for launch service providers, driving the execution of launch services contracts, coordinating internal teams for critical mission analysis inputs, range safety submissions, and launch campaign operational plans.
- Internal Synergy: You will work at the heart of a multidisciplinary team (system, mechanical, thermal, avionics, payload, AIT and operations) to align customer needs and launcher constraints with our internal technical capabilities.
The position is open in our offices in Massy or in Toulouse.
Preferred Experience
- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent, with a strong aerospace background.
- Experience: At least five years in the space industry with proven experience in project management (direct or cross‑functional) and customer interface roles.

- Diplomacy and Negotiation: Able to find win‑win solutions in complex technical/commercial scenarios.
- Rigorous and detail‑oriented.
- Interpersonal Intelligence: Ability to build high‑trust relationships with diverse stakeholders.
