Launch Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project launches from design transfer through serial production.
• Translate R&D designs into scalable, manufacturable, and cost‑effective solutions.
• Define and execute industrialization strategies including process flow, capacity, and equipment planning.
• Own launch timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery against project objectives.
• Act as the primary ISC representative, ensuring alignment across development and launch teams.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Planning.
• Assess and validate capacity, tooling, equipment, and supplier readiness for successful launches.
• Drive make/buy decisions, supplier selection, qualification, and sourcing strategy.
• Identify, mitigate, and govern technical, industrial, and supply chain risks (FMEA, readiness reviews, compliance).
• Drive cost, productivity, and investment optimization while capturing launch learnings and best practices.

Preferred Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in project management, industrialization, or product launch.
• Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally with R&D.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, packaging, industrials) is a strong plus.

We require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations.

Primary Work Location: FRA – Le Pont-de-Claix Cedex. Additional Locations: CHE – Eysins – Business Park Terre-Bonne.

Salary Range: €80,700.00 – €129,150.00 EUR Annual.
