The Large Enterprise Account Executive
We need a sales professional focused on user base accounts above 20,000, developing strategies and tactics to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities with repeatable bookings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings
- Embrace Okta’s #1 core value to always love our customers
- Generate new business with world’s largest organisations
- Position Okta at both functional and business value level with target stakeholders
- Champion Okta to prospective clients at sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Build effective partnerships with Okta colleagues (channel partners, sales engineering, business value management, etc.) with humility and enthusiasm
Key Qualifications
- Passion for technology and its impact on organisations in the digital age
- Excitement about joining the French territory arm of a fast‑growing SaaS provider
- Track record of success selling SaaS and/or cloud services to large, complex organisations in France
- Experience in value‑based selling at senior/C‑Level
- Trusted business partner reputation within local reseller and system integrator community
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Travel readiness, including client, partner sites, EMEA HQ in London, and the US
Additional Qualifications
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management, SSO, and API solutions (nice to have)
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
Annual on‑target compensation (OTE) range for candidates in France is €188,000 – €259,000 EUR. Actual OTE includes base salary and incentive compensation, and may also include equity (where applicable).
