Maintenance Supervisor – Fallingwater Landscapes – Victoria, BC

Job Overview

Lead and manage a maintenance crew of 2–3 team members, ensuring high‑quality landscape maintenance across residential and strata properties. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, hedge/shrub care, bed maintenance, cleanup, safety compliance, training and mentoring junior staff, and representing the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–3 team members.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Perform and oversee tasks such as mowing, trimming, hedge and shrub care, bed maintenance, and cleanup.
• Train and mentor junior staff while fostering a positive, professional team environment.
• Represent Fallingwater with clear communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture.
• Leadership potential with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to coach and support a small team.
• Proficiency with landscaping tools and powered equipment.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Reliability and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $26–$36 based on Horticultural Red Seal certification progression and formal leadership training.
