Job Description:

Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing global solutions to in-service technical issues. You will be involved in our Care Center engineering community supporting the Airbus Commercial flying fleet.

Your challenges:

• Providing timely, quality technical support to operators and MROs.
• Identifying and resolving recurring technical issues through communication with customers.
• Maintaining a safety-focused culture and acting as team focal point.
• Coordinating activities across global teams and deploying strategies.

Your qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Systems Engineering, Stress analysis, Structures, or Airframe.
• Project management skills.
• Team spirit and customer service orientation.
• Availability for standby duties once a month.
• Interpersonal skills and proficiency in English.
