Labour Relations & Employee Relations Manager

We are now seeking an experienced Labour & Employee Relations Manager to lead the social dialogue and employee relations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be the key partner on labour relations, ensuring high‑quality engagement with the Works Council (CSE), regulatory compliance, and a constructive and stable social climate. You will prepare and co‑lead social body meetings, advise on social strategy and positioning, and provide clear insight on social risks and developments impacting the business.
You will also support managers on individual employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, disputes, and sensitive cases with potential legal exposure, contributing to investigations and mediation when required. This role offers the opportunity to play a visible and influential part in shaping social relations within a stable, established organisation with a long‑term European footprint.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in French labour law , proven experience working with a CSE , and the credibility to advise leaders in a listed, corporate environment. You combine sound judgment, discretion, and clear communication with a pragmatic, business‑oriented mindset.
In addition, some broader HR experience/exposure would be a definite plus for this role. Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at senior levels are critical.
