Laboratory Manager — R&D, Quality & Compliance

Schneider Electric France’s Angoulême site seeks a Laboratory Department Representative to lead the R&D laboratory team (15 people plus subcontractors) and report to the Director of Research and Development Maelle. You will drive testing, quality, safety and accreditation activities while shaping the lab’s strategic vision.

With 5+ years in managing a certified lab and strong leadership, you will collaborate across functions, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with UL/CSA/COFRAC standards
