Job Description:
Based on a work order, in compliance with the operating procedure and contractual commitments, and in compliance with QHSE rules:
Plan your activity according to priorities and provide visibility on your schedule to your line of managers and Customer Managers
Ensure instrument maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations
Carry out instrument qualification following an assessment of customer needs
Carry out software and hardware updates
Apply maintenance and qualification protocols
Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot multi-brand instruments
Optimally manage spare parts inventory
Systematically document and ensure the traceability of each intervention in compliance with Quality
Draft and update maintenance and qualification protocols
Conduct internal and/or external technical training on the instruments in your product range(s)
Responsibilities and scope of action
Compliance with QHSE rules
Drafting and Updating protocols
Carrying out interventions in compliance with quality/cost/deadline objectives
Organizing their own schedule and travel to carry out their activities
Communicating regularly with the client to keep them informed of the progress of the intervention
Technical training on the instruments in their product range(s)
Proposing improvements to procedures
Proposing new equipment/consumables/services to the client
Specific Professional Knowledge, Qualifications:
In-depth technical knowledge of commonly used laboratory equipment: HPLC/GC, Centrifuges, Dissolution, Temperature & Hygrometry Measurements, PSM Hoods (non-exhaustive list)
Knowledge of the laboratory environment
Experience with commonly used laboratory equipment: HPLC/GC, Centrifuges, Dissolution, Temperature & Hygrometry Measurements, PSM Hoods (non-exhaustive list)
Experience in a laboratory environment
Training facilitation, Team spirit Teamwork, Teaching
Excellent customer relations
Organization, Rigor, Attention to Detail
Required profile:
Holder of a BAC + 2 to 5 in chemistry, biology, physics, or electronics, or equivalent training
Experience and/or knowledge of the techniques required by the client site, for example: HPLC, UPLC, GC, Mass & ideally in a multi-brand laboratory environment
Previous experience in maintenance
Comfortable with computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.)
Autonomous, well-organized, rigorous, with recognized communication skills and good team spirit
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional level of English
Multitasking with a desire to invest in discovering new techniques and Products
