Labor Relations Lead - France (HR Strategy & Negotiations)

Capijobnew is looking for an Employee Labor Relations Specialist based in Paris. The successful candidate will manage all Labor Relations matters for France, collaborating with HR teams and leaders on industrial relations and labor law.

The role requires at least 2 years of HR experience, fluency in both French and English, and strong knowledge of French Social legislation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle negotiations are essential.
